Am I Being Paranoid?

I have been having some cramping off and on today. Every month, about a week before AF comes, I have cramping. I hope this isn't a bad sign. Can you have cramping after implantation that is a symptom of pregnancy? The nurse told us that the embryos would implant within 24-48 hours of the transfer, so this is too late for implantation cramping. I am trying to not freak out. I am.

  1. You can certainly have some cramping as a symptom of pregnancy that is not related to implantation. It can be just a sign of things going on in there.

  2. I know this is easier said than done but try not to freak out. Cramping can certainly be a sign of pregnancy. My SIL who is pg. with twins via IVF was certain AF was on her way as she had a ton of cramping. I didn't have any but everyone is different. Best of luck to you!!

  4. Hey, we're "IVF buddies"! We transferred on the same day! I don't know what to tell you about the cramping, but I've had some cramping on and off for the whole week since my transfer. I hope it's a good thing. I wish you the best! Happy ICLW.

  6. I'm still having cramping on and off. Most of it isn't earth shattering, but there have been a few that were pretty painful. So, I am taking that as a good sign. :)
